Geckotech Support Mission
The Help Desk mission is to provide courteous, responsive technical
support to the customers via the phone or e-mail. Our objective
is to resolve the problem on initial contact with the Help Desk.
When this is not possible, we will promptly communicate the issue
to the appropriate specialist within Geckotech, and provide the
expected turnaround time to the customer. We will take a proactive
approach to identifying and solving problems to better assist
customers' use of phones and internet by offering customer's hints
and tips, and take every opportunity to educate customers. We
will continually improve our services by requesting and acting
upon customer feedback as well as implementing new tools and technologies
to better serve our customer base.
