as crucial to a successful implementation.
Once the agreements are in place, Geckotech
will schedule a kick-off call to introduce
your dedicated Project Manager (PM).
Meet
with a Geckotech Sales Representative.
One of our sales representatives will meet
with you to discuss and further identify your
business and communication needs.
Meet
with your Project Manager.
Geckotech will assign a Project Manager to
your account in order to assess your current
phone system. Your Project Manager will take
you through each step of the implementation
process.
On-Site
Installation .
Geckotech performs all installations with
our own trucks and technicians.
Training.
Geckotech will provide your staff with professional
training on how to use our system.
Quality
Assurance.
During this period you may make any changes
to the phone system configuration, receive
additional training, ask any questions about
GeckoConnect and its capabilities, and verify
proper operation.
Your
new system is ready!
