customer service department. The following outlines our employment
application process:
Step 1: Fill out an online form and answer a few questions about
your past experiences.
Step 2: Continue to fill out our online employment application
(15 minutes).
Step 3: Geckotech will review your application and answers to our
questions and contact you if we are interested in moving forward.
Step 4: You will be sent a link to an online personality assessment,
which will take 5-15 minutes to complete.
If you are identified as a potential fit for our organization, you
will begin the interview process:
Step 5: You will be interviewed briefly (15 minutes or less) over
the phone by a Geckotech recruiter.
Step 6: If we determine you are a good fit we will ask you to come
in for an interview with the hiring manager.
